  I have had several of Buckeye's products over the past few years. After a little rocky start in trying to buy out my lease car at a different branch, the Assistant Manager Jason at The Shaker Heights branch office was able to assist me swiftly and efficiently in one day! Got my title and registration in 20 minutes. He's a notary too!! Highly recommend! P.S. He even got the memo on the color to wear...LOL.

  I went to this location to deposit cash through ATM.. I wanted to double check with the front desk if it is really surcharge free or not... They said they are offering shared services but they dont know to which banks they offer services to.. I told them my bank is DCU technically it Digital federal Credit Union bank they dont even know about that nor even cant search in google properly..I have to elaborate to them and gave them the bank url link... after going through that... the lady laughs histerically...

  Hello Arun, I am very sorry to hear of service you received. We can provide you with some information here but please email us at [email protected] if you need further assistance. It is unfortunately difficult to determine all of the networks that a credit union or bank unknown to us participates in, and whether those networks align with our own. The ATMs at our Shaker Heights location can be used surcharge-free if your credit union participates in either the Alliance One or Co-Op Shared Branch network. The easiest way to determine if any ATM is surcharge free will be to attempt your transaction, and if there is a surcharge you will be prompted to accept it before the transaction is processed. You will not be forced to proceed and can abort the transaction if you wish. I hope this information helps and am very sorry that our teller staff was not able to better assist.
