      Horrible insurance agent...I specifically told them the only way i get mail is email and text...my insurance policy got canceled for over 30 days because they did not do there jobs...then the company dairyland I was with through them is trying to steal my money after I canceled and got another policy...I would recommend you staying far away from this insurance agent being they don't do there job...nor do they care about their customers...then after my insurance was canceled for over 30 days they tried jacking my rates up because I had a lapse of insurance...they said they had a problem processing the payment but my bank said they never even tried to take a payment...took me off auto pay and then canceled...no professionalism at all...they say they will call you back never do...one associate finally called me back ...
