  If you want a good LO, Claribel Sardina is definitely the person to use. Wow, today was hectic and filled with anxiety because we found out that our previous mortgage broker hadn’t submitted our loan after 15 days of being under contract. I googled for a LO that had good reviews and found Claribel. She promptly called me back and listened to the issues I was facing. She validated my concerns and was very fast in trying to find a solution for our problems. Claribel ran the numbers and was able to approve us for the loan amount we were under contract for despite interest rates being high. In the end, we decided to pull out of the contract since the mortgage payments were higher than we wanted but that was definitely not her fault! I wish we would’ve started with her from the beginning. She seemed very educated and I just know she would’ve guided us through this process as first time homebuyers. We will continue to look for houses and we will continue to work with Claribel. This time, we want to do it right from the beginning instead of working with someone who had no communication skills and was adding thousands of dollars worth points without letting us know. Claribel even has a team behind her that can help her even when she is out of the office. I have so much faith that, when I work with her again, things will be so much better. I want to thank her for being so nice and patient over the phone. That is EXACTLY what customer service is all about! This is definitely a tough job but she seemed to handle it with ease!

  We have had the pleasure of working with Janine and her team for years now and have never been so excited to work with someone in our field other than them! Her and her team are amazing! They are outstanding in every aspect of their job! Always very professional and always on top of everything within a blink of the eye. I am honored to leave this review for anybody interested in working with them. Be sure to know that you will be treated like family and never misled! Noting but awesomeness from this group!

  There are already 2 houses with Janine and it is really easy to work with her, if you are able to follow her advice and do everything as she tells you, you do not have to worry because she does not fail, My wife and I are very happy. Thank you very much 🙂 Janiene but this is not the last
