      Received a check from a friend that was written pay to the order of cash from a member that has an account there. Got laughed at by the tellers/manager in the bank and was told I didn't know what I was talking about and it's not common. Kept telling me you can't write a check to pay the order of cash and my name is not cash. Doesn't appear the employees at that location understand banking very well. The level of arrogance, disrespect and ignorance completely blew my mind. How unprofessional!
