      Cody, Josh, Mariel and Linda are such incredible, knowledgeable and professional people! The whole process was super smooth. Everyone here is SO helpful not only during the process but after closing too! We also worked with their preferred lender and we couldn’t have asked for a better lender! We LOVE our gorgeous home and this beautiful community! Meritage is truly a quality builder!

      Put out in the middle of the pasture- there's not much in the immediate area but a lot on Tower about 10 min away- if you get the right lot/location you might get a stunning mountain view- Felt a little cramped/crowded within neighborhood- Meritage building updated nice modern dwellings

      I do construction for meritage homes in this subdivision, they are well built and have several floorplans spacious 3 & 4 Bedrooms. The sprayed insulation they use is the absolute best.
