  We rented the Sands V unit 1B. The owners above it are VERY noisy, theres only so much the rental company can do, but it did make for some late nights and early mornings, a scared toddler who was listening to running kids til after midnight and having to disconnect our doorbell because the upstairs neighbors kept ringing it and knocking on the door. The place itself is clean, little dated, but did the job. We did have some issues that we brought up, screen door to the front of the condo being off track, tub missing drain and master bedroom missing screen on the slider door. Maintenance came and adjusted the screen, wasnt really fixed, the tracks need cleaned out badly, but it did slide open a little better. The sliding door screen on the master bedroom never got fixed, and when i brought it up at check out, the ladies pretty rudely told me with the heat index I wouldnt have been opening it anyways. Not that it's their business if I decide to open a door in a condo I rented or not, but why not fix it then. I like to listen to the ocean at night, when the heat has settled, from my bed, and it wouldve been nice to do that, but we couldnt without the screen. No offer to adjust our bill or make the situation right, just shaming me about the heat index for a condo I paid almost $300 a night to rent. If it's not an option, don't list "patio off master bedroom" as a feature, because it's not.

  Wonderful and very helpful I was in a difficult situation with no place to stay and they went beyond to help me. Wonderful people to work with.
