      Dishonest. That's pretty much all I can say. They are dishonest and do not take their customers seriously. They act friendly at first but when trying to resolve an issue they gave me false information and berated me for following their instructions to the letter. I have been a customer for almost a decade and they do not live up to their legacy. Because of how poorly they have begun to treat their customers I will take my business to a bank that stands behind what they say. I would recommend you do the same.
