the one whom helped me today was helen, i came in for a notary and when she ask about the document i told her its was a copy not the original. because i messed up. she said she cant notary it. that would be fine to me leave it at that. but she running around with my document asking for advice of the manager . i'm fine with that. i don't have a problems with their policy at all. however she didn't listen to what i told her about the document and asking me to let her see original and told me "i Can't notary it" that's just a waste of time why would you ask me to see the document for then.

My son and I had a great experience at the Falls Church brach of B&H. Amit, the branch manager, greeted us at the door and quickly took us to his office to replace a lost brach card. Despite the stressful (for us) circumstance, Amit took care of the issue quickly and reassuringly. Even made a funny joke which we appreciated!
