  Do not open an account with bank unless you have the time to check your bank account after every transaction because they’d slam you with fees.

  I’ve been here several times and never had any issues however recently I went to transfer money in my other bank account and Adriana Johnson “helped” me. She asked me to email her my account number and routing number of my other Banks account. When I explained to her I didn’t feel comfortable emailing someone my personal info her response was “I can already see most of it.” My issue was that I didn’t want my info in someone’s email account because and email can be accessed from anywhere but instead of ensuring me my information is safe with Burke and Herbert she was pressuring me for information and even used scare tactics saying my money could be lost if I didn’t email her the info. I’ve wired 10x the amount I asked her to send but at other banks and never had this kind of experience before. I will definitely be closing my accounts at Burke and Herbert and would advise people who already have their money here’s to use another Branch at least!
