I absolutely am fed up with this bank. Though that have a polite staff at the branch in general doing anything during non business hours is damn near impossible and the automated phone service blows.

Has anyone with Burke and Herbert fixed their on-line banking synch for Quickbooks 2019 Desktop? This is a question I have been asking for the past 3+ months and getting passed around. Neither Kim Testerman not John Windsor have followed up with me. Today I was told to go on-line and Google Jack Henry and Associates who the case has been forwarded to as of Sept 7. Just for fun try doing that and see how much help that gets you. Other times Mr Windsor has googled for Intuit help. No one at the bank knows what they are doing. Very poor customer service and follow-up. The post would not let me give them Zero Stars
