  I have nothing but excellent experiences with this branch. I am particularly pleased with the attention of its management with any questions or concerns with my accounts. Once i was out of the country when I realized that I had missed a very important deposit into my Roth IRA account, and that had to be completed in less than 48 hrs. I called the manager, Fatima, and explained the situation. Fatima took care of making all the necessary transactions to get the payment done on time saving me from a very costly penalty. As far as I am concerned Burke and a Herbert is one of the best banks to do, business with because of their customer service, as well as for their very good account plans with no hidden fees, and other costs that much bigger banks abusively “load’ on their customers.

  I'm not a fan of Burke & Herbert Bank for business accounts , they're fine for personal. I have had my business account with them for almost 5 years I would guess, wife went to put in $11,000 check and they put a five day hold on it even though I receive a check from that same exact company every two weeks. and go to one of the branches put it in the machine outside and it will go he instantly as long as it's before 5 o'clock but managers there must get bonus points for holding your money. to know how they would like anything when put their check in the bank and they couldn't have their money for two days or five days. Essentially they're holding my guys payroll hostage, think they would like it if somebody did that to their freaking families.
