  Excellent experience!! We chose Busby Estate Liquidation & Realty Services to handle the sale of my spouse's mother's home. He had assisted family friends with the sale of their home and with the liquidation of their assets. Their praise of Chad's handling of the entire process made it an easy decision for us when it came time to choose a realtor for our sale. Since we lived over 2 hours away, we had several concerns about tackling this project remotely. Chad put our minds at ease about the process, had the house listed within a day of our signing the listing contract, and presented us with several outstanding offers on the first day. In fact, there were so many offers that we were struggling to sort them all out. No problem...Chad created a spreadsheet comparing the details of each offer that made selecting which offer to accept very easy. From offer acceptance to closing was less than 30 days, and Chad took care of all house access required on the buyer's side. One of the greatest advantages of going with Chad is the estate liquidation side of his services. We didn't have to worry about clearing out the remaining items in the house. Busby Estate Liquidation & Realty Services took care of that for us too. Truly a full service solution for selling your home!

  In the summer of 2021 we contracted Busby Services to handle a family member's estate liquidation and sale of the property. The experience exceeded our expectations. His knowledge of antiques and gold and silver jewelry was impressive and we also needed to sell the Homestead. Chad took care of everything for the Estate Sale including finding a buyer for the property at a great competitive price as he is also a licensed Florida Realtor. If you need a company to do both your Estate Sale and Home Sale make sure to check out this company. They took care of everything for us including all cleanup and home sale preparations Once they took over instead of staying months in another state where our family member's home was we were free to return to our own home and resume normal lives months earlier while they handled everything. I highly recommend this company and am giving it a 5 star rating
