I've had Busey since it took over South Side Bank. Many consumers are switching to online banks. I've stayed with Busey because I want to see where my money is going and who I'm working with. Everytime I have a question I'm told, "you can do that online". Thanks... but if I took the time to come to the bank I'd like my financial business handled while I'm there. They expect us to go home, go online and take care of everything on our own. If this is how Busey wants it then I have no need to bank with Busey. I can go online and bank with anyone. Closing branches and pushing us to do everything online is why I will no longer be with Busey. But before I can leave, I have to schedule an appointment with another branch since my local one is permanently closed. What a joke.

This Bank is the worst bank Ive ever had to deal with in my 44 years of life. They do absolutely nothing for there customers. They haven't offered me anything in the past 8 years ive banked there.
