      I wish I could give zero stars. I hate how they are constantly trying to nickel and dime their customers with all kinds of fees. Also, they keep closing locations all over the Peoria area and it’s getting more and more difficult to do my banking with Busey. It’s been NOTHING but issues since they bought out South Side Bank and they have screwed everything up and do not care at all about their customers, even the long time South Side Bank customers. This bank in general sucks so bad, do not open new accounts with them. I’m currently looking for a better one. 0/10 would not recommend. The fees, policies and customer service are atrocious.

      Busey sucks. I found Chime online banking after made up fee's a couple of times from Busey.
