  I had to make a deposit for my mother in law. The girl at the drive thru at the Pines location was super helpful. My transaction was quick and efficient and they were very polite. Would definitely recommend. I am thinking of switching my account to Busey. Better customer service than the bank I am currently using.

  Worse Customer Drive up!! They must of hired new people. I've always, up to today had good experiences . Busey Bank you really need to have better hours on Saturdays, especially since you close at 5:00 during the week. Most people work til then.

  Nice people, and a wonderful experience up until they restricted access to 9 of the previous year's statements (unless I buy then back) right as tax season was ramping up. I guess good things don't last.
