      Really struggling with this decision on switching banks. I have had recently fraud on my account and was never credited and the lady said she didn’t know what I should do next. Very disappointed as I have banked there for 10 years.

      How difficult can you make it for the non-customer... Busey Bank can push it as far as they choose! Attempting to cash a $100 check drawn on a Busey Bank account at the commercial drive up window... was told it is bank policy that I must come inside, hop up and down on one foot, THEN they would cash the check for me! In this day of cameras, when I pulled into the drive up they had photos of my vehicle, my license plate, and my face. Of coarse I submitted my ID with the check to the teller. No difference between me being there in the drive up or being inside (in my slippers) at a teller window. I will never do business with Busey Bank, and I will do my best to tell ALL my friends and family about this experience with the all-powerful Busey! Seriously, why make it more difficult for the non-customer? Shouldn't you be enticing the non-customer to become a new customer? Silliness!!!
