      Very professional and competent. Extremely helpful. However, upon setting up my account I had no idea there were so many ways to charge fees. Addendum: Closed account early, gladly paying $25 penalty. Went in to get debit card, their equipment wasn't working so they mailed it, received it and called the number to activate card, which would not let me set a pin. I called bank who connected me with customer service who was going to mail me a pin, which I never received. Also when setting up account forgot to send checks. I didn't want to wait for the next mistake.
