  Best branch around by far! The staff is very professional, personable, kind and helpful. Unfortunately I can't say the same for any of the others. In my opinion the other branches would benefit greatly if training was provided by the staff at this location. Thank you all for everything you do!

  I have banked with Bank of Edwardsville for almost 20 years and never had a problem. I went to Busey Bank today to get a large cashier's check to pay a very important bill off. Mine you I have the type of account where I don't have to pay a fee for a cashier's check ( I thought) have always gotten free cashier's checks but today Busey tellers, customer service, and even the Branch manager didn't honor the fact that I have a large savings and ckg. account in their bank and still wanted to charge me $6.00 for a cashier's check. Well I guess I will be withdrawing my money out of their bank and finding a bank that appreciate me depositing my hard earned funds and give me some accommodations for being a long time customer in good standings. This was just petty on their part charging me for a cashier's check when I have never been charged, n the whole 20 years that I've banked with them. So long greedy Busey Bank.

  I always have the best service and the friendliest staff working. When I stop in to do my banking, they always put a smile on my face. They have great options for checking and loan offers. It’s very easy steps to take to get step up with them. Thanks for always being great team.
