      Special shout out to Trent at Port Allen location. Called and spoke with Trent this AM with a refund issue. He went above and beyond to help me resolve my problem without me asking him to do so. It sure feels nice to have someone doing their job to the fullest.       BE CAREFUL depositing your money at drive through window at this location, i counted 3 times before i deposit, teller came back and said my money is short. this is the 2nd time it happened in a week, they will cheat you out your money. I called the manager (Glenn) to let him know about this issue, he said nothing can be done and that there is no cameras at drive through window to clarify this. this bank is a bunch of BS! choose different bank for your banking needs.
