They are liars. They have defaulted on funding multiple projects. One large project in Dallas Texas and another in Toronto Canada. Charles Carey has a hard time telling the truth. AVOID!!!!

Working with the CIG / BUF team was great. They understood my oil exploratory project and were able to meet the objectives. Working with a private lender was a lot faster, the rate was competitive and less red tape. Only problem I had with CIG, they had to adjust my draw schedule. Which I can't complain, that's CIG's type of lending. All I care to be truthful that they made it work for me. Highly recommend them!
