      Be aware that most of these reviews are for Community Bank of Oak Park, a great bank that was recently (summer 2019) acquired by Byline, which is NOT a small community bank but a growing amalgamation of banks in two states. My first two interactions with their call center staff as a new customer were not up to the high standards set by the good people at the Lake Street branch. Already I have to navigate a call tree instead of being greeted by a live person. I now have all the headaches of a big bank without any of the conveniences. At least Chase will pay you to open an account with them.
