      In the middle of the pandemic I was offered to by a house. I had no idea how, where to even begin. I called my close friend, her father is a realtor in TX. and MI. He connected with Clyde Montgomery with C&B Mortgage Solutions. Clyde is the most amazing person ever. He made the whole process of getting a mortgage very understandable. He informed me of every document that I will need in the 1st conversation. So I could get a jumpstart because the world was closed. So things were extremely slow then normal. He stayed on top of things when the seller was being difficult. He communicated with me when I feel like things were not moving. I felt nervous, anxious, and sad during this process. He stuck with me. The 1st time I met Clyde was a the signing of the paperwork. It was the most AMAZING MOMENT EVER. Me buying my 1st house ever he supported me every step of the way.
