  RUN COMPLETELY AWAY FROM CARL MCNEIL, DEBRA MCNEIL, TSYTOLLIUS MILLER, AND ANYTHING THAT HAS TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY. AKA CREATIVE CAPITAL PARTNERS. THEY MADE PEOPLE HOMELESS, RIPPED PEOPLE OFF THEIR LIFE SAVINGS, AND DESTROYED SOME PEOLPE'S RELATIONSHIPS. WORST OF ALL, THEY DID NOT PAY THEIR EMPLOYEES FOR SEVERAL MONTHS UNTIL THEY BLOCKED SOME TRUE EMPLOYEES OFF. CARL MCNEIL AND HIS PEOPLE ARE THEIVES. I KNOW THERE IS A GOD, AND MAY GOD PUNISH THEM ALL.

  This company is yet to give me back my downpayment. It’s almost one year now they have been lying and promises to give me back my money. My downpayment is with them since June 2017 with contracts agreement to give me loan after wait for 50 business days. They failed to provide the loan and yet they never give me back my money. Government needs to investigate this company and prosecute them. I thought it was only me until I found out there are other people as victims. I never expect government to give close eyes until all Americans fall victim of scam. To me it’s a scam because contract says if the company fail to give you loan and you request your money back you get your money after 30 business days. Since February this year I requested my money back up until now November the company haven’t give me back my downpayment.

  This company is the most crooked and the government needs to thoroughly investigate them and shut them down and lock every single person that works for them in jail. They pose as an establishment that helps businesses grow by offering options of business loans. What they actual are is a Ponzi scheme. They prey on innocent people with limited comprehension around the financial institutions within the United States of America. Sadly they've been doing this for quite some time. Once you apply for a business loan through the company, they send you paperwork in relation to how it's broken down. You are then asked to make a payment into their bank account which is an escrow account and supposedly the money you paid into this escrow goes towards closing cost and administrative fees . Once these monies are paid into these various accounts, you get an email notification congratulating you that your application has been processed and that it is successful. You are then give a date as to when the payout is to be expected. On the said date no payment is issued and all communication stops between yourselves and the entire team. If for any reason somebody happens to respond to you it is nothing but lies about hurricanes and banks been delays etc. etc. carl McNeil is the CEO of this organization very rude and condescending man, he works along side Mr K Miller, Mr. L Rhodes, Mr. Dorian Burks These group of man along with some women are thieves Liars and anybody else who has had an encounter with them I'm sure shares the same sentiment, and I'm happy to testify under oath about how they destroyed my life and destroyed my business. It is a big fraudulent organization and they trade under various names creative capital partners registered in Pennsylvania not even in the DMV.. Do not do any business with creative capital partners or CCPD or whatever name they may choose to use at the time. Be aware and notify all government agencies.
