      I highly recommend C&F Bank and Toby B.! C&F is a good size bank, but it is a community bank, where they want to know and help their customers. Toby, who operates primarily out of their Mechanicsville Tpke location, is knowledgeable, helpful, and really goes the extra mile to take care of customers. Go see Toby!
