  The times I had to call into C&F have been a great experience! The first time I spoke to a lady named Tracie (I believe). She was very nice and made sure I had all my questions answered before I was off the phone. This recent time I spoke with Paige Kuhlmey. She was very sweet and explained everything in detail on getting an issue corrected on the loan. She was able to get the documents sent over is email so we didn’t have to wait for good ole USPS to deliver them. She is prompt at returning emails and phone calls in a timely manner and makes sure you understand everything before sending any documents back.

  I have had one of the best customer experiences in dealing with Paige Kuhlmey at C&F Finance Company. My very first contact with her was by telephone, and then she promptly followed-up with an email assisting me with getting my documents needed to get my new vehicle tag. It has turned into to an ordeal dealing with the local tag commission, but Paige is a true asset to her company and has sent emails, called them, and even overnighted the appropriate documents to them. She is a true professional and was sympathetic to my needs to get this done before my current tag expires. I highly recommend her if you have any issues or problems in dealing with your vehicle title or tag. A very loyal and satisfied customer!
