      I worked with Peter Hall for my mortgage and start to finish the process involved insufficient (non-existent) communication about important topics (read: interest rates). He also put on my loan application that I was working at my new job that I just started at for 99 years, and had 10 years of industry experience (I’m only 25, so none of that makes sense, and he had access to the correct info). Keep in mind I am legally liable for misrepresenting myself on these forms, and Peter is misrepresenting me in a myriad of ways, for which I bear the legal liability. C&F got my name wrong on multiple pieces and paperwork and mail they sent me, which is lowkey giving racist energy. These are just examples — there were countless like this… at every turn, it was a new surprise of an error or incompetency. It was incredibly stressful to work with Peter Hall and I would not recommend him to anyone.
