They did exactly what they promised. I wanted fog lights for my new truck and the package I got didn't have them. The parts department used my vin and made the order. Less than a week later they were in and were installed by the dealer correctly so I had no warranty issues. When I picked it up the young lady was very friendly and the tech who installed them came out and showed me how to use them. It was all extremely professional and makes me feel even better I chose this dealer for my purchase.
