      Even though it's been quite a few months..I'm still really upset about how we were treated at the body shop! After filing a BBB complaint and filing a complaint with our insurance company the work that was ORIGINALLY AGREED UPON was completed after our insurance company demanded it be done right. Unfortunately we needed a body shop again recently for our other car. We found another body shop to do the work. We will never return to C. Harper Collison.

      The body work they did looks great. The customer service was awsome and they kept me up to date on what was happening. But my headlight was not even close to wear it should be. I then spoke with them about it and the were very polite and had me come back and now the second time even thou it is better than it was its still way wrong!! I'm not that picky but my head is facing oncoming traffic!!! They fixed my wheel alignment and replaced some parts down there and mjmy jeep runs so much better and can coast very well. But something is squeaky down there and I don't think I trust them to do anything else anymore.
