      too bad you can't leave zero stars. i opened an online account in advance of moving to penna, all was processed ... or so i thought. they called me to advise of online banking fees and upon questioning of opening overdraft was told to call. upon calling i was told the account is closed, eventhough the initial deposit was processed, because i could not be reached. they called me! their interoffice communication seems nonexistent. go elsewhere.

      My father who has just passed away has an account with this bank with needs to be probated and I live in central FL and being told they can only liquidate CD into a checking account with them! Well that’s not going to work being I’m no where near any locations. Use a National chain for these purposes and have more respect for hard working people. Unless your paying for me to get a plane ticket to come in immediately close account with NO charges or penalties and for missed work and room and board you need to use a National chain or my existing bank account with the national chain. Quit the games let’s finish this already.
