  Update: 9/30/2021: Just completed another mortgage refi through C2 Financial Corp; another great experience. Shawn contacted me to let me know rates had lowered so now we have even lower payments than before! If you want lower payments, call Shawn! I had a good experience getting a mortgage loan through Shawn and would not hesitate to recommend him to others for getting a very competitive rate.

  I'm so impressive with Shawn and his team! I'm a business owner and tried refinancing my house with 5 other mortgage brokers and none of them could do it saying I don't have taxable income even though I have a ton of taxable income but because i'm not a standard W2 employee they didn't know how to do it. Then I met Shawn through my friend Lidsay and they said, "oh business owners are our specialty". Lindsey's word were exact "I love pain, the more painful and untraditional the loan, the more I love it". They really do love it! Not only were they able to get my refinance complete, but they got me the best rate out of all the other 5 mortgage brokers! I'm their customer for life!
