      Really good work done by James MacEwan, Kevin's assistant, together with Kevin himself for my rental property refinance, amazing and thanks to James and Kevin again! It kind of surprised me based on my finance situation. I had a failed refinance before which costed me $600 appraisal fee. This time, I got lower interest rate with no cost out of pockets. It can save quite much for me over the long run. James and Kevin are very professional and did exactly what they told me before the process started. They also offered a few cash out options although I did not take it as I don't think it is necessary and not very confident to invest it into other areas. Thanks again and will definitely check with them first if I need help again!
