      Thomas successfully navigated us through a colossally difficult transaction. As many times as the lender threw us a curveball, he knocked it out of the park. Not only did we close, but we did it on our terms and didn't concede an inch to the bank's ridiculous demands. We absolutely would not have been able to do this without Thomas and his team.
