Excellent customer service so far. The branch manager and team are very professional and proficient. We had no problems when opening our business account it was very thorough even during this 2020 year we have all gone through. We even were referred to a quality CPA firm through this branch. Even the atm banking is good as far as depositing cash and checks for our business.

Absolute worst banking experience one can have. Cadence Bank purchased our local bank (SB&T) and everything has become extremely inconvenient with horrible customer service. Mr. Ford, the assistant branch manager at this location, doesn't even pretend to try to offer any sort of customer service satisfaction. Useless establishment. Read all the other reviews and consider any other bank.

Cadence Bank is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. Far from customer centric, it seems all policies have been made to inconvenience the customer. Requests that could easily be handled via phone or web require a branch visit. Cadence purchased my original bank (State Bank) and the relational banking experience I had become accustomed to is now non-existent. Customer service reps are rude, hours are limited, and there is a charge for everything. If you can help it, bank elsewhere!
