AWESOME “small town” bank. Jeff Franz and his team at the Alpharetta Branch are absolutely amazing. A bank is only as good as it’s Manager, and Jeff is the best in the business. In the event that you see any negative reviews from prior years, it was most likely prior to Jeff’s arrival in Alpharetta. I have had plenty of banking relationships over the years; and I can say beyond a shadow of a doubt, Jeff Franz is the absolute best banking relationship I’ve ever had. I have since moved away from the area, but I maintain several banking relationships with Jeff at his branch in Alpharetta. He and his team are the best in the business. Definitely give them a shot to earn your business !!!

WORST BANK ON THE PLANET! RUN, don't walk from this place. You ask 3 employees a question and get 3 different answers. The Website is cumbersome and difficult to use. The employees act like they are God and treat customers condescendingly and with a total lack of respect. Cadence should write a book on how NOT to run a bank!!!!!
