      Always a pleasant experience. Very nice and professional. The negative reviews are (I believe) out of frustration with living paycheck to paycheck.

      They don't followup. They are nice. They don't seem to really care to help you. I even felt they wanted to leave when asking questions and saying they had a conference call when not a soul had darkened the doors of this location. Management changes alot. Dealing with a death and trying to manage an estate with constant requests and all furnished and nothing done. Never use this bank especially if you think there might be an estate or death issue.

      Not sure if they are pretending thr online banking glitches so they can charge you over draft fees even if you opt out. Cadence bank is a night mare. Do not use this bank!!!!!!! They are so bad its scary. They are better than first tn but that is only if thr mobile app is working and half the time its not and it glitches really really bad. So I don't know about you but glitches with my money that scares me. I'm banking elsewhere
