  Not sure why people are leaving such negative reviews. I've always enjoyed going to this bank. The staff is very friendly and are always there to help. People have to understand that sometimes banks are very busy and may take some time but I promise you the people that work here are awesome!

  I had nothing but problems out of this bank. Do not bank there. Old skinny white lady with short hair has a attitude problem and the black girl doesn't want to do her job which is count money. Not very professional. Look at these reviews haha

  One star is generous considering.(Let me save you the trouble of reading this DO NOT BANK WITH STATE BANK AND TRUST.) I have banked with this bank and mostly this branch for over 5 years and have had nothing but issues. If changing banks wasn't so time consuming I would have done it long ago. Since opening my account at this branch I’ve dealt with the rudest customer service reps I’ve ever spoken to, many mistakes such as misspelling my name on my debit card to random phone numbers being assigned to my account without my consent and when I asked for them to remove them they claimed they did but I later discovered they had not. I’ve contacted them for replacement cards before and they never sent them and so I had to request them again. They like to change the rules over night as well. For example several weeks ago I requested another card for my husband as his is worn out. They said they could do that and it would be at my branch to pick up in a week or so. Two weeks later no card. Once it finally arrived it had my name on it not my husbands and so I contacted them again to request another since they messed up. They said they would have to speak with my husband before they could send us another. I opened the account myself. I added him to it. I requested a replacement card for him and there was no issue when I did any of those things but suddenly now there is? Save yourself the trouble and bank elsewhere. UPDATE: I changed this review from one star to two because the regional manager called me and very politely apologized and attempted to make things right. I won’t be staying with this bank but I appreciate the effort on their behalf to make amends.
