      The tellers are amazing! Very nice. All the ladies here have been nothing but nice to me. Their General manager who's a man is very rude and his presence is so bad when he's there. It's a much friendlier atmosphere when he's not there at all. If it wasn't for the nice ladies here I would move my business accounts (multiple) to a different bank entirely!

      They used to be opened on Saturdays. Now all of their banks are closed on Saturdays. This is an inconvenience to me. I will be changing banks. Also, some of the tellers are not very friendly.
