Friendly staff. I have never had any problems with this bank. The only issue I have is its hard to get a small loan without high interest or cosigner. I do like the free atms!! (Selling point)

My parents and myself have banked with this branch for greater than 18 years even thru all of the name changes. But we are having trouble with the card at several businesses. We had a big supper at Miyabis last night and both our cards were declined because the will not except out bank branch. When I call the main office I get brushed off with I don't know why it isn't excepted and we have never had trouble before. Bojangles and Hardee's in Harlem and now Miyabi. My bill was well over 100.00 and my parents bill was close to 80.00and we couldn't pay our bill. I can not tell you the embarrassment. My daughter transferred money out of her savings account to cover our bill. I will be looking for a new bank.
