  I been having my car since September and they have been helpful. In my current situation my ex husband decided to take my money and tax return. They have been helpful until the it's is reissuing my tax return do I can get caught up on my car payment. Thanks Darlene for your help

  I javent had much rume to deal wirh CAG being that I picked up a car on 7/15/22. From the beginning Chapman Jeep Henderson's people kept changing stories. I asked about a balloon payment 30-45 days and was told Yes I can set it up but at the lot I was told $500 to drive off "per CAG" them told i had 7 days once I drove off to get insurance but the day i got a call inspection was done i was told i had to have insurance to drive off. The downpaymemt wasnt taken the day I drove off but 2 days later i told them to take the money.. They called about 4 days then decided to pick it up today b/c of the missing downpaymemt. A finance mmgr told me CAG needed to see the downpayment to finalize but i was told it was already approved (twice) and now ro get the car thry want the $500 they should have gotten last wk and the. Bal by month end or theyll pk it up? I'm trying to figure out which way to go its just too much confusion

  This company is absolutely horrible! Horrible customer service, using illegal collections tactics, threatening. When you call and ask for higher ups they just pass the phone off to the next representative. When you call and ask for info for the officers of the company they refuse. This company needs to be shut down! I know how to get to the higher ups and I have the resources to do so. I will continue to do my diligence to locate the pertinent info.
