      I called and a woman named Linda was extremely rude right off the bat. I just needed help with how to go about gifting a down payment. (MIND YOU THIS IS MY FIRST TIME EVER DEALING WITH BUYING A HOUSE) so you can imagine how little I actually know about this. She could literally care less, she could have been a little more kind about it all and directed me in the right way. But instead was almost yelling at me over the phone and rambling on about how I couldn’t receive any information because no one told her I was to gift a down payment. It honestly made me feel very overwhelmed. Absolutely shocked that she talks to people like that.
