      Mary in asset recovery is not an honest person. When they failed to process a payment, that was set for automatic payments, they doubled the payment on the last transaction. When I called to investigate the payments, she told me she attempted to call and left a voicemail to let me know that the payment was declined on the last auto-pay date. Not only was there no payment ran through on my account on that date (verified through my bank, which she told me she did twice), there is also no call log nor voicemail from cal-tenn on that date. This is not the first time I have had an issue with this business and Mary speaks to people in a very condescending tone. Don't try to put blame on innocent people when you're the one at fault.
