This is the worst I knew for a loan. They had me with an approved credit score of 8 three months that we were already closing and it was supposedly Friday and it never came. They warned us that they could not give us the loan because they did not make that type of loan in three months they did not realize they ran credits and documents and they did not realize it !! I felt that they are discriminating against us, we delivered all the documents.

I could barely hear the guy on the phone. I was asking for caliber home loans and it sounded like I was on speaker phone. Then I heard him say about 3 words and hung up on me. Customer service sucks.
