The Caliber Team came highly recommended to us, and they deserved it. Our direct point of contact, Kyle, was incredibly responsive, but keeping us up to date with changes to our application status, and fielding our questions and concerns in a timely matter, no matter when they arose. When our initial appraisal came in lower than the sales price, the Caliber Team worked with our realtor on a re-assessment to save the deal for us.
