      After wasting more than a month with Bank of America and almost having the seller exit the deal because of the delays, Todd and his team were able to jump in and help us obtain lending to close on our first property. He was very responsive and helpful through the entire process.

      I am writing this review for the company in general. Caliber Home Loans is the worst lender someone can do business with. Do not waste your time! I’ve been trying to refinance my house with them, first the mortgage loan consultant was no help so I found another company that’s willing to help and that is determined to get me to that closing table. Now I’ve been trying to get a pay off letter for weeks. First they had a system upgrade now they cannot send pay off letters and nobody is telling me what the problem is. I called more than 5 times already. They keep transferring me to the “escalation” department thinking that I would finally be able to get that payoff letter but that department is also useless. This has been a nightmare and it is not a good look for the company.

      This is the worst lender I have ever dealt with not only prior to closing which took 6 months but now it is impossible to log into online payments and online support is useless. I have been dealing with them for a month and still cannot access my online account.
