      Not only is Johnny an expert in his field but he is hands down a genuine and caring person, a combination that is so rare to find. Being a first-time home buyer can be stressful, but Johnny went above and beyond each step of the way and explained things to me so patiently. He helped set realistic expectations for me during the prequalification process; and once my offer was accepted, he streamlined the process so well that even my realtor was impressed at how fast we closed! Initially, I was reluctant to work with Caliber Home Loans, based off an experience I had with another lender at the company; but I am so incredibly thankful that I was referred to Johnny and he was a part of this journey with me.
