      A house at 2410 Stephens Grant Dr is a comparable house. It sold for about 400K. Yet when we paid for a BPO to eliminate the PMI, as we had just reached 20%, it came back at over 90% LTV meaning the guy they paid valued the house at $323,000. Of course, no mention of 2410 in that BPO which said this area was "declining" in value, thus the 1/6 haircut in value. Hmmm, so they get to keep that last $500. Is it worth it CALIBER? Separately we paid their escrow amount faithfully all year, then never were reimbursed for the 2.5K insurance cost we paid. CALIBER, pick one-either lower the escrow or reimburse us. Can you see any pattern in their behavior? 😍$$$🤔 Why haven't the state AGs charged this fraudulent outfit yet? $482,300 rn on zillow,😂😂😂...just 50% lowballed.

      Elizabeth is so amazing she would answer every question we had..my husband works a couple months and on to the next job so our loan was a little difficult but she worked hard to get us our first house I cant thank her enough
