      Worst experience ever!!! Eugene Wang and Elizabeth Perez are not organized at all. I sent them documents one month before closing date and they told me it's enough. Then, four days before closing they requested more documents and told me that if I won't send them I won't qualify. Couldn't close with them in two months. They don't respond to phone calls or emails. Their managers are even worse. Called them many times, left multiple voicemails and nothing...

      This company is the gang who couldn't shoot straight. They solicited us to refi with them. (We already have our mortgage with them). It's a revolving door of incompetence with different employees involved all the time and our "file" constantly getting lost and having to send the same information over and over. A true nightmare to deal with and the process was never ending.
