He patiently took time to explain every bit of the process and every single document - we found this very helpful as a first time homeowners when everything was all new to us. Also, he was very responsive and always available to answer questions and provide clarifications where needed. The home buying experience with Caliber HomeLoans through Chuck and the team was truly hassle free for us.

  Grace Lim is amazing!! She was so supportive and attentive throughout my entire first time home buying process. Her response times and detailed explanations really helped soothe my anxiety in this hot market. I would 10/10 recommend her!

  Grace Lim, our loan officer, is the best! She is so knowledgeable and always responsive, even during the weekends, and late at night. In fact, we wouldn’t have gotten the deal when we were trying to put an offer on a property, if it weren’t for her availability late at night. She did all she could to push the builder, as well as the city to keep our closing process smooth and ongoing. Even in the most silent weeks, she texted me on Fridays and gave me updates or reminded me of something I needed to do, or simply told me there were no updates! This was so heartwarming, and we’re so grateful for that. Whenever I texted her, I would hear back almost right away. The only time I had to wait for 15 minutes was when she had an appointment! LOL. Sometimes we didn’t even know she was in contact with the builder, listing agent, city, and escrow, back and forth all day in attempt to make a progress. We were peacefully living our lives while she was in fight with all the obstacles! Thanks Grace for making this stressful period of time, so fun, smooth and easy for us! Besides Grace herself, the entire team were so quick and very well organized.
