      I have called Caliber at least 7 times today 5/31/2022. There is no option for customer service or representative. It is important to get through to them. I don't want to be charges late fees or have to argue with them to justify my account payments.

      I'd give this company 0 stars is possible. If you are considering a loan with this company think twice! We've had issues for 5 months with their online bill pay that have yet to be resolved! We've tried making 7 payments and only 2 have applied. Twice our payments went missing and we had to work with our banks fraud department to get the money back. No one at Caliber has been willing to help us resolve these issues, even after submitting the necessary documents for an "account review". We've paid our mortgage timely for 4+ years and rather than help us solve this issue on their sites end we've been sent to collections and threatened with foreclosure when we've been trying to pay our mortgage and resolve this issue since January!
