  I called Sergio to help my elderly mother in law who is from Italy, she speaks English well, but communicates better in her native language of Italian. From the first point of contact, Sergio was very attentive and helpful. Her situation was uncommon and after several frustrating months of trying to deal with complicated paperwork and specialized documents on her own I began helping her and found Sergio. Before he was hired by us he worked with us for many hours, including all of the people involved to make the process less stressful. Along with the other two people involved; Terrisita, from Top Notch mobile notary and, Apple from Post Net, both in Galt, California, Sergio was available for advise all along the way to ensure the correct documents were completed properly. Sergio assured us that he would be available to do whatever was needed to complete the process, and he did. Over the two week period he communicated with myself and anyone else who had questions with patience and kindness every time. After many emails, calls and texts to Sergio he gave me advise that would help to ensure that all of the paperwork was complete and done correctly the first time. Understanding my mother in-law's anxiety over her situation Sergio was even kind enough to talk directly to my mother in-law, in Italian, which really put her at ease and made her very happy. "Not to worry", he told her as he took time to "just talk" for a very long time. It is so nice to know that in this crazy world, in such crazy times, that there are still people that know how to have true human kindness. I am so grateful, as is my mother in-law and my other family members as I told Sergio, "we couldn't have done this without him". Sergio is not only a kind he is very knowledgeable with the notary and apostille process when dealing with other countries and connecting the dots between the USA and the laws and regulations that make communications sometimes difficult internationally he took control and handled it with ease. As I am out of state, and my mother in-law is in the Sacramento area, his help made this less confusing and difficult. My family and I felt very lucky to have found him through Google search, and I would whole heartedly recommend Sergio to anyone who needs help with either the apostille or notary process especially international documents, within the Sacramento area and beyond.   My sister passed away in Paris and OMG the bureaucratic paces we are having to go through. Fortunately we found Sergio and he was immensely helpful in getting us our Apostilles. I asked him a lot of questions, but he was patient with us and I appreciate that!!
